Cookie Policy
What this site stores in your browser, why, and how to remove it.
We store your cookie choices. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

Page appearance
Each page uses a fixed light or dark appearance. The site does not save or read a theme preference.
An older version of the site may have left a neuropathic-theme entry in localStorage. It is no longer used; you can remove it by clearing this site’s data.
Remembering your cookie choices
Your decision in the cookie panel is saved in the first-party cookie ns_consent: the categories you allowed, the version of the rules the decision applies to and its time. It lasts 180 days, after which we ask again. We also ask again after a material change to purposes or providers.
The cookie contains no email address, IP address or visitor identifier, and we do not use it to recognise you.
Form protection
On a configured contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile may load to protect the form against automated abuse. The provider then receives technical data needed for verification. This is neither an advertising tool nor visitor analytics.
The Privacy Policy covers the processing of form, hosting and security data.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you turn on Analytics, the Google tag loads from googletagmanager.com and sets two first-party cookies: _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_<ID>, which keeps the session state. Both last up to 2 years; your browser may shorten that. Measurement data is sent to Google Analytics.
Nothing from Google loads before you decide. If you withdraw consent, measurement stops at once and the site deletes the _ga cookies. The Privacy Policy describes the provider, the legal basis and the retention period.
Your choice
You can use the site without making a choice. Visiting, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent, and optional categories stay off. Accepting, rejecting and customising are available side by side in the first layer.
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time with the “Cookies and privacy” button in the footer or the button below. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting.
Changing or removing your choice
The button below reopens the cookie panel, where you can change or withdraw your choice. You can also clear all data for this site in your browser settings.
Your choice belongs to this browser and domain; it does not carry over to other devices.
Changes to this policy
If the way we store browser information changes, we will update this policy and its date. Material changes to purposes or providers require a fresh review of the rules and information given to visitors.
