Who Provides This Service
This website is operated by Neuropathic System, ul. Wąska 6, 05-430 Celestynów, Poland, NIP 532-187-80-39.
You can reach us at intake@neuropathicsystem.com for enquiries about the system, and at security@neuropathicsystem.com for privacy and security matters.
What Is Offered Here
This site provides information about the system and a form for sending an enquiry about it.
Both are free of charge. No account is created, nothing is sold through this site, and no payment is taken here.
What You Need To Use It
You need a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Sending an enquiry also requires a working email address.
The site is built to standard web technologies. We do not require you to install anything.
Permitted Use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to breach its security, disrupt its availability, extract data by automated means, or use it to distribute unlawful content.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to disclose.
- No unlawful content and no infringement of others' rights
- No attempts to break, overload or circumvent site security
- No automated scraping or bulk extraction
- No use of the enquiry form for unsolicited marketing
Enquiries
An enquiry is a request for contact. Sending one starts no contract, creates no obligation on either side, and does not commit us to reply or to take on the work.
Send only what is needed to describe your situation. Do not send confidential material, personal data about other people, or special categories of data in a first enquiry.
The Content Here Is Informational
What this site describes is a general description of the system, not advice for your specific situation and not a binding commercial offer.
Figures, timings and outcomes described here are indicative. What applies to a given engagement is what its written agreement says.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, brand and software of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law.
You may read the site and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything beyond that requires our written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including for maintenance or security.
We may restrict access where use breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service.
Complaints
If something here does not work as described, write to support@neuropathicsystem.com. Tell us what happened, when, and how to reach you.
We confirm receipt and respond within 14 days. If a complaint needs longer, we will say so and give a date.
Liability
We are liable for damage we cause under the rules of the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intentional fault or for harm to life or health.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website, and we do not warrant that its content fits any particular purpose.
Third-Party Services
The site relies on external providers for hosting and security, and links to services we do not operate.
We are not responsible for the availability or the terms of those third parties.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not remove the protection that mandatory law in your country of residence gives you if you are a consumer.
We would rather resolve a dispute directly, so raise it with us first. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable rules decide.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when it appears on this page, with a new date at the top.
Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to that use.
